Carissa has been involved in worship ministry for over 15 years, continually creating a worship environment where people are free to fully engage and interact with a living God. As a result, people are changed by His presence.

For Carissa, enjoying a good cup of coffee, the fall weather, Florida Gators, leading worship for an incredible ministry, The Underground, and hanging out with her amazing children, consistently brings a joy to her life. She has been married for 10 years to Jason Carter and has been blessed with two children, Caleb and Brianna.
